Product Overview:
The SOR pressure switch is a type of pressure switch that uses high-precision, high-stability pressure sensors and transmission circuits,combined with a dedicated CPU modular signal processing technology, to detect, display, alarm, and output control signals for medium pressure signals. It mainly adopts a piston diaphragm structure sealed with a static O-ring, featuring high pressure resistance, high temperature resistance, strong shock resistance, strong overpressure capability, a wide measurement range, small hysteresis, and long service life.
Working Principle of Pressure Switch:
The working principle of the pressure switch is that when the pressure inside the system is higher or lower than the rated safety pressure, the diaphragm inside the sensor moves instantaneously, pushing the switch joint to connect or disconnect through the connecting rod. When the pressure drops to or rises to the rated recovery value, the diaphragm resets instantaneously, and the switch automatically resets. In simpler terms, when the measured pressure exceeds the rated value, the free end of the elastic element displaces, directly or after comparison, pushing the switch element to change the on/off state of the switch element, achieving the purpose of controlling the measured pressure. The elastic elements used in pressure switches include single-turn spring tubes, diaphragms, bellows, and corrugated tubes.

Differential pressure switches are divided into three main categories: diaphragm, bellows, and piston. The characteristics of diaphragm switches are good universality, multiple selection options, and strong comprehensive performance; the advantage of welded stainless steel is zero leakage; the characteristics of bellows are small dead zone and high precision; the characteristics of pistons are high pressure resistance.
