CSF13Y Soil Moisture Transmitter Frequency Domain Reflection FDR IP68
Based on the principle of frequency reflection FDR, the CSF13 series soil moisture sensor is a dielectric sensor that measures the dielectric constant of the inserted medium by measuring the change in capacitance on the sensor at a frequency of 100MHz. Since water has a very high dielectric constant (80), soil is (3-10). Therefore, when the moisture content in the soil changes, the dielectric constant of the soil also changes considerably. This series of soil moisture sensor circuits reduces the influence of temperature changes on the measurement. Digital technology and durable materials enable high measurement accuracy and low price. The sensor enables long-term continuous monitoring of moisture content at multiple plots and at different soil depths.
