1. General description

The display panel is use standard module , the entire screen body is composed of identical unit modules, can be interchanged. The service life is more than ten years with normal use.

2. Switching power supply and power cord

The switching power supply with fans is 5v/40A and 5V/50A, adopts the well-known brand of industry level and have passed the 3C certification.

All power cords use well-branded full-core copper wire passed 3C certification.

3. High temperature heat treatment

The LED driver power supply uses a high-efficiency dedicated power supply,different voltage outputs according to different LED lamp points, minimize (non-luminous heat) the heat generated by the drive circuit.

LED is a kind of power-consuming material. It produces heat when it shines. The accumulation of heat will bring the screen and electronic components to a high temperature.

heat is inevitable when LED is working. the heat-dissipation measures must be carefully considered for large-screen systems,to ensure the LED warranty, brightness, color uniformity, system average failure rate and other major technical indicators.

AHL Media Pixel is a full-color LED lighting fixture used for video screens, architectural decorations and stage events, but not for illuminating large spaces. The product integrates with architectural facades to display complex, dynamic and colorful images and videos on building surfaces.

It has been designed according to common video playback and outdoor building materials standards and has 4,096 grayscale levels, a 1000Hz refresh rate and a less than 0.03% defect rate. Most importantly 5 years of warranty and its specifications and performance are much higher than those of regular decorative LED lamps.

• Separate power supply. Suitable for big projects and permanent installations. 350W. Distance to first pixel is less thaan meters. Supports 1-2 strips, 200-4,000 pixels per strip.
• Combine power supply with controller. Suitable for small projects and rental installations. Maximum distance: 100 meters. Uses PDS (power data supply) + PE (power engine). PDS model:200w-27v; 350w-36v; 600w-36v; 1000w-36v

Control System:

1. Main Controller:DVI/HDMI input, resolution 1024x768. Supports both online and off-line control.
2. Sub-controller (single port): With 200mm pitch, supports up to 2,048 pixels and up to 400-meter length; with 5000mm pitch, supports up to 100 pixels and up to 500-meter length.
3. 3 ub-controller (8-port): With 200mm pitch, each port supports up to 512 pixels and up to 100-meter length; with 5000mm pitch, each port supports up to 100 pixels and up to 500-meter length.

Lightning-Protected Communication Boards:
Use for long-distance communication. Maximum distance from the sub-controller to the first LED pixel: 300 meters. Protect sub-controller and pixels from surge damages caused by lightning.
