Semi-Automatic Bowl/Cup Sealing Machine Tabletop

This sealing machine is easy to operate, put in the tray with food, preheating, automatically sealing the film, cuting off the film and take out the food tray. It equiped with touch screen display which built in PLC control system, the temperature regulator is controlled by thermostat controller which temperature difference is table with ±2 degrees. It also helps improve food safety by providing a strong airtight seal that prevents contamination. The air tight seal prevents dirt and moisture from entering the container. This machine is also can add vacuum pump if customer requires.

1. Cutting attachment (trims seal edge up to 2mm).

2. Rigid structure made from stainless steel 304 and corrosion resistant aluminum alloy, to ensure the highest food hygiene standard.

3. Automatic thermostat controller, the temperature difference is stable between ±0.5 degree Celsius.

4.Using photoelectric cursor sensing, precise film sealing the containers, the food will not leak out.

5.Packaged food can be microwaved, but the film must be torn off a bit.

6. Failure warning system will alarm if the machine has any problem.

7. Adding a Vacuum pump is acceptable if customer needs.
