Before MAP machine is created, people use a box sealing machine to pack the food products in a plastic or carton box for selling on super market, but in this way the shelf life is very short and the food is easy to get spoilage, in order to increase the food shelf life and keep good quality, people designed the MAP food packaging machine to package food. According to the customer’s demand, a certain proportion of mixed gas of oxygen + carbon dioxide + nitrogen, nitrogen + carbon dioxide and oxygen + carbon dioxide is added into the packaging to prevent the decline of food quality.

1.Cutting attachment( trims seal adge up to 2mm).

2. Safety: Equipped with emergency stop; Alarm; Open-phase protector; anti-phase protector, before operation the machine again, need to screw out the evergency stop in advance.

4.The electric eye automatically tracks and corrects the sealing position, precise alignment of film printing
