What is the Map tray sealer machine?


Modified atmosphere packaging machine.It is a tray packing machine. MAP machine basically means to extract the air from the chamber, and fill a proportation of Nitrogen, Carbon Dioxide or Oxygen in order to increase the food shelf life and keep longer time quality of food.
