 1. YT-500 series is a whole tabletop type Vacuum MAP machine, this series of vacuum MAP machine is the perfect equipment for extending food shelf lift and keeping the food or vegetable fresh. It can add a proporting  Nitrogen or CO2 or O2 into the food tray, according to different food the gas proportation is different too, below is the suggestion of gas mixture:    After filling the gas mixture, the food's shelf life increased a lot:    2- The machine adopts China XINJIE® PLC, intelligence digital temperature controller, CHINT relay, ZD-Shanghai famous Vacuum pump, Taiwan Airtac cylinder, US Imachine/German WITT gax mixer/Our own YiTeng gas mixer depend on customer's requirement, the whole machine frame is using SUS 304 food grade stainless steel and aluminum alloy plate mold which can have many different shapes due to customer's demand.  3. The machine's working process:  a) Automatic feed the film in  b) pattern calibration photoelectric control device to ensure the patterns will be complete and beautiful.  c) sealing, cutting, gas mixture filling, waste film collecting.
