The flexible soft food packaging filling and sealing machine is mainly composed of several mechanisms for collecting and dropping cups, filling, sterilization, sealing, coding and film walking. Preheating the seal by using the heat sealing performance of plastic film, press down the mold, contact the heat seal with the film and the cup mouth, press and seal firmly, and after twice sealing, twice film cutting to automatic send cups out.

The whole machines are all 304 stainless steel for easy sanitation in wash down environments. The easy open frame allows access to check, adjust, and repair all parts of the machine. We also can make various molds according to customer's demands and easy to change the molds by single person.
