It is forbidden to pry or pull the V-belt with tools during installation to prevent the V-belt from stretching or being too loose or tight. The correct inspection method is to apply a vertical pressure of about 2 kilograms to the middle of each tape by hand, and the appropriate sink amount is (20-30) mm. If it is not suitable, adjust it in time. When double or three or more triangle tapes need to be replaced, the triangle tape of the specified model should be selected, and the tightness of each group of triangle tape should be the same. It is not allowed to mix the new and the old or reduce the number of use, otherwise, the old and new triangle belts will be stressed. Unevenness, even the old V-belt does not work, affecting power transmission and shortening the life of the V-belt.
