V belt maintenance instructions

1. Turn off the power supply, shield, unscrew the motor base on the installation of the bolt, allows the motor to move back and forth.

2. Moving motor make the belt enough slack, can easily remove the belt. Don't use tools to pry the belt.

3. Remove the old belt, check whether there is abnormal wear and tear. Excessive wear could mean transmission device design or maintenance problems.

4. Replace the right belt.

5. Clean the belt and pulley: cloth should be stained with a little less volatile liquid to wipe, don't soak in detergent or use cleaner scrub belt, don't use sandpaper to clean or scraping the belt with a sharp object. Belt must be kept dry before install and use.

6. To check whether pulley has crack or wear and tear, relatively simple solution is to use the gates groove measuring tool to check, if excessive wear, you must replace the pulley.

7. Check whether the pulley on the same plane.

8. Check the rest of the transmission device, such as bearings and bushings, durability and lubrication situation of symmetry.
