Introduction

Air or drilling fluid allows the broken rock debris to survive in an upward annulus from the bottom of the hole. As the rotation continues, another tooth contacts the bottom of the hole and generates new rock debris, thus the process is continuous. High quality tungsten carbide blade (TCI) drill bits and milling tooth (MT) drill bits need to be designed to withstand high temperatures and long-term operation, while drilling through soft to superhard formations.

Features

1. The wear resistance of the cutting structure teeth is enhanced by high-quality tungsten carbide surfacing on the surface of the steel tooth drill bit teeth. Adopting new formulas and processes to improve the durability of high-quality hard alloy blades

2. The table structure is protected by multiple gauges and trimmed at the heel of the cone, while the insertion and surfacing of hard alloy at the tail of the shirt increase gauge retention capacity and bearing life.
