Structure:
-- Cutting structure : Optimized structure desgin of cutter shape is thickened hardfacing on surface and crest of cutters to enhance aggressiveness for cutters. Enhanced hard facing on leading edge and trailing edge of cutters improve wear-resistance of cutters.
New welding material is used to strengthen the cutter's wear resistance.
Based on rock mechanics features adopt calculation and analysis tools to optimize cutter row arrangement and number of cutter.Thus the cutting efficiency and direction of movement for cutters could be accurately calculated to maximize breakage volume of bottom hole, which will remarkablely improve ROP.
-- Gage Protection : Multiple gage protection with gage trimmers on the heel row and dedicated TCI inserts of high strength and high toughness in combination with optimized compact arrangements and exposure height will highly incress the wear resistance and cutting ability of the insert bits.
-- Bearing and seal system:Sealed roller/journal bearing structure with rollers arraged in grooves recessed in cone body and bigger bearing journal can be better adopted with high WOB and hing RPM
Premium HNBR O-ring with optical seal compression and curved seal structure as well as advanced special grease can limit presure differential and prevent drilling fluid from entering the lubrication system and thus strongly assure the lubrication of the bearing.
