Shanghai Triowin established the first Lab homogeneous filling production line with online and mobile Micro System which capacity is 20-40 L / h .It can be used for ultra high temperature sterilization (UHT),cooperated with Japan's POWERPOINT company.

Controls: Cooling temperatures are controlled by a PID electronic temperature indicator/control unit.The product pump speed is controlled by a frequency inverter.Holding tubes are manufactured to individual requirements to provide fixed holding times at fixed throughputs.

Cleaning: the system has been designed to allow quick,easy and safe in-line flushing of product and cleaning.The product pump also serves as the CIP pump and operates at 400 liters/hour by turning a CIP key switch.
System Connections: Only a 3 phase electrical supply is required.A supply of water for cleaning and system set up IS needed along with a drain outlet for CIP dump.
