QZNB-2200 mud pump is a horizontal three-cylinder reciplrocating single acting piston pump, which is driven by diesel engine, equipped with manual shift transmission and wireless renote control.It is mainly used for matching with trenchless drilling rig of more than 200 tons, and can also be used for grouting, mine drainage and long-distance water delivery and other purposes. The pump has five flow rates and five pressures, with a wide range of flow and pressure, and can be used for drilling and towing with different pore sizes. The pump according to the drilling punp design specification and API standard design and manufacture, casing is made of high strength steel plate welding, connecting rod cross rolling bearing, the service life of the higher than that of shell design, cylinder liner with double metal structure, inner sleeve using high silicon and high chromium alloy, hardness of HRC62°above, increases the service life of componelts,Reduce the loss of components and other features.
