We use a whole ply-wood board to reinforce the tub bottom. The stainless steel #304 tub support is very solid. Our technician find two different solutions to reinforce the skirt. One is OSB board, which is water-proof. The other one is aluminum bar. These two solutions can avoid the skirt shape changing.

4. Skirted acrylic bathub package

There are three options for package. The first is single packing with strong carton, usually for container order. The second is ply-wood pallet package, usually 10sets/pallet, which can save a lot of volume, also for container order. The third is standard carton package with ply-wood protection, we usually use such package for LCL order.
