GYXTC8S Outdorr Fiber Optic Cable Self Supporting Overhead Laying
GYXTC8S outdoor optical fiber cable overhead
1. Descreption
The fibers are positioned in a loose tube made of a high modulus plastic. The tubes are filled with a water-resistant filling compound. A steel wire locates in the center of core as a metallic strength member. Tubes (and fillers) are stranded around the strength member into a compact and circular cable core. An Aluminum Polyethylene Laminate (APL or PSP) is applied around the cable core, which is filled with the filling compound to protect it from water ingress. After part of cable accompanied with the stranded wires an the supporting part are completed with a PE sheath to be figure 8 structure.
2. Features
♦ Excellent mechanical and temperature performance
♦ Special tube filling compound ensure a critical protection of fiber and resist the water.
♦ Single steel wire as the central strength member to withstand axial loads.
♦ PE sheath protects cable from ultraviolet radiation.
♦ 100% core filling water prevent cable jelly to ensure the cable watertight.
♦ APL(or PSP) tape longitudinal cover cable core as moisture barrier.
♦ High tensile strength of stranded wires meet the requirement of self-supporting and reduce the installation.
3. Application
♦ Good mechanical and temperature performance.
♦ High strength loose tube that is hydrolysis resistant.
♦ Special tube filling compound ensure a critical protection of fiber.
♦ Crush resistance and fiexibility.
♦ PSP enhancing moisture-proof.
♦ Two parallel steel wires ensure tensile strength
♦ Small diameter, light weight and friendly installation
♦ Long delivery length
♦ Application:Self-supporting/Aerial
