Machine characteristics:

Features
1. The feeding mode comprises the clamping feeding mode or the direct feeding mode which is selected as required.
2. The X.Y.Z coordinate can be automatically switched into the Y.B.C processing values
3. After the data are compiled,the data is protected by a key,so that the data are prevented from any modification.
4. The electric control system is equipped with a heat exchanger for automatic heat dissipation;if necessary,a numerical control type refrigerator can be additionally bought,so that the life span of the electric control system is ensured.
5. An automatic oil charging system is installed to reduce friction of the bending tube.It prolongs the lifetime of the core rod and improves the quality of the bended tube.
6. The machine can be connected with a printer so as to print the data displayed on the screen.
7. Communication interface can be installed as required,which can be connected to our company.Our engineer will provided remote service of real-time monitoring,data updating,failure checking and so on.
8. A feeding cart’s feeding position,safety position,wheel mode interfering position and guided mode interfering position are set,so that a hand wheel pulse wave generator can be finely tuned,the position can be automatically remembered,and the error caused by the manual measurement and the loss caused by the feeding cart bumping the machine are eliminated
9. The feeding shaft will perform automatic detection before acting,so that the feeding shaft is avoided from bumping the machine
10. When the curves are tested,analytical actions can be used,the actions are modified by the careful observation of the interference points ,so that the efficiency is improved.
