FEATURES:
The front chuck can be cut in a movable way, and the tail material is super short to about 45MM or "0" tail material design, which can
greatly improve the utilization rate of materials and save materials.
Drawing-free pipe cutting system: ordinary masters can quickly get started, eliminating the production method of drawing traditional three-dimensional drawings for conventional pipes and hole types.
Bus control system: The entire series adopts a bus control system, multi-axis linkage, to achieve frog jump, flying cutting and other processes, and the efficiency is about 30% higher than the traditional pulse system.
Full-stroke chuck: automatic centering, multi-material and multi-shape pipes do not need to change the fixture.
The rear chuck automatically blows air, the claws are not easy to get stuck, and the pipe wall is cleaner.
Left/right model customization: more suitable for the placement of the factory, convenient for the master to operate and save floor space, saving manpower and space.
Many cutting types: square tubes, round tubes, oval tubes, channel steels, angle steels, I-beams and other pipes.
The standard laser power is 1500W, and other powers are available.The chiller with 1500W laser is a horizontal model as standard, which is placed in the main body, with less noise and smaller footprint.Chillers of other powers are vertical and external models, which are placed at any position outside the main machine.
Standard: rack gray + sheet metal red, optional: rack blue + sheet metal white (other colors can be specially made).
