Our R&D director has worked in Combibloc company which is the main player in milk and beverage filling and packing industry.

All our management team members holding bachelor degree or higher in engineering have rich experiences working in multi- national companies.

There are 8 main functions in company which are Assembly, service, purchase and logistic, engineering and R&D, project management, sales and marketing and HR & Finance.

However, many of our R&D team, assembly team together with service have worked in packaging related area.

ATPACK provide sufficient service, spare parts, upgrade as well as maintenance. We have 4 people in service team with 24 hours standby to correspondent.

When receive a service call we will feedback within 24 hours and in mainland we can get to customer side within 48 hours.

For Asia such Japan, Korea and southeast Asia, depend on the visa application, we normally can get to customer site within 3- 5days.
