When manually loading empty bottle into puck, the product enter to production line and complete the following procedures: air cleaning with empty bottle rotation, automatic filling with 6 heads filling nozzle in linear line, automatic pick and place wipper and compress, pick and place cap, automatic screw cap with a set of 6 head in a linear line.

Rejection of defective products and the finished products are depucked from slope clamping belt and sent to the packing area through the conveyer. Addition, the basic module also includes the inspection functions such as if there is empty bottle or not, bottle sitting right or not, wipper exist or not, cap exist or not and cap screw right or not.
