box separation, top belt fixing, labeling, corner caressing and missing label detection and rejection,etc.

  • Entrainment bottle separation: Double entrainment structure is used, controlled by a separate motor, so that the products enter the labeling station equidistantly, preventing inconsistent product intervals, resulting in unstable labeling and affecting labeling accuracy.
  • Main conveyor belt: Belt conveyor belt is used to ensure that the product is conveyed smoothly without shaking up and down; it is driven by Japanese Sikma motor, and the speed is adjusted by Holip (same as Danfoss) frequency converter, which has the characteristics of high speed and high stability .
