The GIENI® JLG is designed for production of balm series products, like lip balm, balm stick, sun stick, deodorants and so on. It is a very smart and flexible line which you serve it.

Features of Balm Production Line

dual temperature control: material temperature detection, oil tempeature detection;
with mixing/heating function, JSCC brand stirring motor;
nozzle temperature control;
fast disassemble valve, can clean the tank and change materials very fast;
Chilling Tunnel Circulation type chilling system with chain conveyor, with 7.5P chilling compressor;
With adjustable speed of conveyor;
Compressor on top, the heat exchange rate is faster;
