1, Heat exchange tube: there are two main specifications.
(1) ∅ within 5/8 "efficient copper pipe outside screw wing, ∅ 5/8" stainless steel pipe.
(2) the ∅ 3/4 "inside outside screw wing efficient copper tube, ∅ 3/4" stainless steel pipe
Main length series are:
381 mm, 500 mm and 588 mm, 635 mm and 740 mm, 819 mm and 950 mm, 1270 mm and 1600 mm, 1800
mm and 2032 mm, 2500 mm and 2690 mm, 2860 mm and 3000 mm, 3200 mm and 3500 mm.
If the customer request length is not the above series, our company can according to meet customer
requirements of copper pipe, including stainless steel pipe.
2, Main material, the shell of 20 # seamless steel pipe, stainless steel pipe.
3, Interface:
(1) main type load cooling interface flange, thread and clamp type. According to the demand of users.
(2) the refrigerant interface are mainly brass brazing type, loose flange connection type and tenon
surface flange connection type, etc. Can meet the requirements of users and habits to the greatest
extent.
(3) after the tube box set the upper lip, bottom outlet. The gate can set temperature measurement on the
mouth. Also can according to user requirements added a water flow switch interface. Temperature
measurement are mainly female mouth mouth and all kinds of blind copper pipe such as ∅ 5/16, 3/8 ∅,
1/2 and 5/8 ∅ ∅ brass or stainless steel tube.
(4) can be both head set out according to customer requirements, convenient interface, especially

4, Refrigerant gateway layout: refrigerants from upper into, from the side out.
5, Cooling process design: the cooling agent can be designed into two processes and four
processes.
6, Multiple compressor condenser water connection type: compressor with water condenser in
series form, known as multiple class type. Also can adopt parallel pattern, known as multiple
type.

Dry type spiral baffle plate evaporator, flooded evaporator, built-in oil separator condenser, sea water
condenser, stainless steel heat exchanger, oil cooler, oil separator, gas-liquid separator and liquid
accumulator.
The spiral baffle plate evaporator is the latest product designed and made by Qiaoxin and has obtained
the national technical patents, which can save 20% in copper consumption and 30% in ferrous metals,
reach the total energy saving rate 30% after test and satisfy the national economic policy of industrial
upgrading, saving energy and reducing consumption and environmental protection. The heat exchange
tube uses copper pipe, nickel-copper alloy tubes, aluminum brass tube and stainless steel tube as the
material and the shell uses No.20 seamless steel tube and stainless steel tube.
