Full Liquid Type Tube Evaporator
Full of liquid is the refrigerant between the copper tube and shell, and chilled water inside the copper
tube, dry is his opposite.
The refrigerant evaporates in the brass, where the water flows between the brass and the shell, and they
are mainly used for heat pump air conditioning.
In the industrial low-temperature chiller are generally used in the ordinary dry type of evaporator.
The full-liquid shell-and-tube evaporator flows in the tube and the refrigerant evaporates outside the tube
tufts so that the heat transfer surface is substantially in contact with the liquid refrigerant.
Generally, the amount of refrigerant filled in the shell is about 55% to 65% of the effective volume of the
cylinder.
After the refrigerant is vaporized and gasified, it is returned to the compressor by the liquid separator at
the top of the cylinder. Easy operation and management, high heat transfer coefficient.
