Oil Separator Simple working principle: the compressor out of the high-pressure gas (gaseous working

fluid and lubricants)

Into the oil separator, into the oil separator guide leaf, along the guide leaf was spiral flow, by centrifugal

force and gravity, the lubricating oil from the working gas separation, along the inner wall of the cylinder

flow.

The working gas is drawn from the center pipe through the perforated baffle. Separated lubricants,

concentrated in the lower part of the oil separator, can be regularly discharged, or the use of float valve,

so that the oil automatically returned to the compressor crankcase. The flow rate in the centrifugal

manifold is recommended as ammonia 10-25 m / s and Freon 20-20 m / s.
