advantage of low refrigerant charging, high stability of the unit operation, the disadvantage is that the
heat transfer coefficient is low.
Some studies have shown that the distribution of refrigerant in the distribution of each tube is one of the
main reasons affecting its heat transfer performance, and domestic and foreign research for dry shell and
tube heat exchanger mostly concentrated in the water side, for the tube side refrigerant The distribution of
research less.
Therefore, in order to improve the overall energy efficiency and economy of the refrigeration unit, it is
necessary to develop a pipetting device having a good liquid separation function by seeking the
distribution mechanism of the tube side refrigerant.
Dry evaporators can be made of bare tubes, but also with longitudinal fins of the finned tube made of
straight tube or u-shaped tube structure, but their overall structure is basically the same.
The advantage of the dry evaporator is that the amount of the refrigerant is small; when the temperature
is controlled by the temperature relay, it is sensitive to the load change, the liquid supply is accurate; the
refrigerant flow rate is quick and the oil return is good; the refrigerant is flowing outside the pipe, Flow
resistance loss is small; water for the refrigerant, the water in the tube outside the constant mixing, rarely
icing phenomenon.
This evaporator when the aluminum core with the fin tube, the heat transfer coefficient of up to 1000 ~
1200kcal / m2h ℃; with a small diameter dense tube, the heat transfer coefficient of up to 900 ~ 1000kcal
/ m2h ℃.
