Oil Separator Tubular Heat Exchanger Used Dry Expansion Type
Oil separator, its role is to refrigeration compressor discharge. The lubricating oil of high pressure steam, to ensure the equipment running safely and efficiently.According to reduce the air velocity and points in the direction of air flow change principle of oil, the oil droplet in high pressure steam under gravity separation.General air velocity under 1 m/s, can be contained in the steam above 0.2 mm diameter droplets separated.Commonly used oil separator has washing type, centrifugal, packing type and filter type.
Oil separator is installed between compressor outlet and condenser inlet. The heat transfer effect in condenser and evaporator is improved by separating.The oil separator appears to be more important to the system with poor oil and industrial solubility.
Simple working principle of oil separator: compressor out of high pressure gas (gaseous working medium and lubricant), enter the oil separator, into the oil separator of guide, the guide blade spiraling flow, by centrifugal force and gravity, be separated from the working medium gas, lubricating oil along the cylinder wall. The gas is produced by a porous baffle that leads from the center pipe to the oil separator. The separated lubricating oil is concentrated in the lower part of the oil separator, which can be discharged periodically, or used float ball valve to automatically return the lubricant to the crankcase of the compressor. The velocity of the centrifugal cyclotron is recommended: ammonia 10-25m/s, fluoron 20-20m/s.
