Description

For the rolling mill, guide rollers (also called ring rollers, guide wheel) is an indispensable part of wires export in the wires rolling process, it must

be accorded with the requirements of high rigidity, good wear resistance (the service life is matched with the high-quality bearing), good thermal

conductivity, a certain of red hardness, especially the high speed wires rolling (rolling speed is among 80-120m/s). In the current market, most of

the guide wheels are manufactured by steel materials (especially in the domestic market), which have the weak wear resistance, short service life

and high frequency replacement, so the scale benefit of wire materials is restricted. However, steel-bonded cemented carbide has the obvious

strengths on this aspect.

GT35 (TIC) steel bond gold is also in the category of cemented carbide, and the production process is similar to that of cemented carbide.

Compared with cemented carbide, GT35 (TIC) has high quenching hardness (HRC67-73), good wear resistance (equivalent to YG20), low

density (ρ6.5), convenient processing and low price.

GT35 (TIC) processing performance:

In the annealed state, ordinary lathes can be used, and the milling machine can process complex profiles such as outer circles, planes, threads,

etc., and can be ground after quenching. The quenching deformation is small. High hardness, high wear resistance and high strength can be

easily obtained by quenching treatment.


GT35 (TIC) comprehensive performance:

The hardness HRC (HRA) is between YG15-YG20 (HRC67-73). The strength and toughness are better than that of cemented carbide. The wear

resistance is close to that of cemented carbide. The density (ρ6.5) is lower than that of cemented carbide. . The red hardness is poor (the working

temperature reaches 400° and the hardness HRC starts to decrease), the blank price is 50% lower than that of the cemented carbide, and the

cost performance is high. Can be widely used in molds, cutting tools, steel and other industries.
