The characteristics of tungsten carbide ball:

The working process of tungsten carbide ball:

Heat treating: This high temperature process hardens the ball.

Grinding or polishing: The ball is then ground to the approximate diameter of the finished tungsten carbide balls. Thispolishing process the ball to the exact size required.

Tungsten carbide ball are commonly known as tungsten steel balls, which refer to balls and balls made of alloy.
Balls made from this material are used for applications requiring extreme hardness and resistance to wear and abrasion, hard shocks and impacts. Tungsten carbide is generally 3 times harder than steel.
