Our carbide forging dies are used on the cold forging machine, making the materials cutting, reforming, forming to the mould.
we use the advanced HIP sintering technology which makes better density.

Different grades of Tungsten Carbide are used for carbide forging dies making, such as YG25C, YG25, YG20C, YG20, YG15 and YG12, etc. consisting of 25% or 20% or 15% or 12% Cobalt.
