High Impacting Resistance Tungsten Carbide Cold Heading Dies
Discriptions:
The Carbide Cold Heading Dies are with plain hole, Pointing, extrusion, trap extrusion, Hexagonal, Hex extrusion, flat extrusion, trilobular for different fasteners, screws and bolts. Fasteners can be of mild steel, stainless steel, high tensile fasteners of alloy steels. The carbide dies can be used for full thread, half thread bolts/screws. They can be socket head, hex head, counter sunk head, carriage bolt, roof bolt, coach screws, trilobular screws or other special screws / bolts.
Carbide Cold Heading Dies are made to close tolerances as per customer drawings to give longer life.

Tungsten carbide cold heading process requires greater shock resistance, in order to meet the requirements, a higher amount of cobalt-containing, high strength and good toughness grade to be choosen, such as YG15, YG20, YG20C
