Application

It is mainly used in the manufacture of solid wood, density board, gray cast iron, non-ferrous metal materials, cold hard cast iron, hardened steel and PCB, braking materials.During use, the suitable material cemented carbide strip should be selected according to the use.


Technological process of production of our tungsten carbide buttons: powder process → formula according to the use requirements → wet grinding → mixing → smash → dry → sieving → add binder → dry again → get the mixture after sieving → pelletize → pressing → forming → sinter-hip → forming (blank) → blanks checking → passivating treatment → cylindrical grinding (according to the customer request) → cleaning → inspection of the finished product → packaging → entering warehouse.
