Application
Cemented carbide cutting tool is made of cemented carbide. Cemented carbide is a kind of alloy material made of refractory metal hard compound and bonded metal by powder metallurgy process. Cemented carbide has a series of excellent properties, such as high hardness, wear resistance, good strength and toughness, heat resistance, corrosion resistance and so on, especially its high hardness and wear resistance, even at 500 ℃, it still has a high hardness at 1000 ℃.
Cemented carbide blade is mainly made of whole cemented carbide as matrix, after many production processes. Cemented carbide, also known as tungsten steel, is made of high quality tungsten carbide cobalt powder by pressing and sintering. It has high hardness, high strength, high wear resistance and high elastic modulus. It belongs to powder metallurgy industry. Cemented carbide as the tooth of modern industry, cemented carbide tool plays a basic role in promoting the development of manufacturing industry.
Cemented carbide can be divided into common cemented carbide, fine grain cemented carbide and subfine and ultra fine grain cemented carbide according to grain size, and the newly developed double crystal cemented carbide. According to the main chemical composition, it can be divided into tungsten carbide based cemented carbide and titanium carbide base cemented carbide. Tungsten carbide based cemented carbide includes tungsten cobalt (YG), tungsten cobalt titanium (YT) and rare carbide (YW). They have their own advantages and disadvantages. The main composition of tungsten carbide (WC), Titanium carbide (Tic), Niobium carbide (Nbc) is Co. Titanium carbide based cemented carbide is a kind of cemented carbide with Tic as its main component. Mo and Ni. are commonly used metal adhesive phases. Cemented carbide has high hardness (86 × 93hra, equivalent to 69~81HRC), second only to diamond, good thermal hardness (up to 900 × 1000 ℃, keep 60HRC), high bending strength (Mpa5100), good impact toughness and high corrosion resistance of chemical inertia and other general alloy blades do not have the characteristics.
