CNC SNMG150604 Tungsten Carbide Inserts Used For Finishing In Applications

CNC insert is a general term for indexable turning insert. It is the mainstream product in the field of modern metal cutting applications. It is mainly used in metal turning, milling, cutting, grooving, thread turning and other fields.
There are five kinds of CNC inserts: integral, mosaic, shock absorption and special type.

Features:

The cemented carbide insert is made by cemented carbide ( tungsten carbide ), which is a kind of alloy material made by powder metallurgy process of cemented carbide compounds and bonding metals of refractory metals.

Cemented carbide has a series of excellent properties, such as high hardness, wear resistance, good strength and toughness, heat resistance, corrosion resistance, etc. Especially its high hardness and wear resistance, even at 500 C temperature is basically unchanged, there is still a high hardness at 1000 C. The carbide inserts from us with very equality grain size, makes our carbide inserts with stable quality, and not easy broken. If you need samples for testing we will be very glad to offer you.


Grade:

CVD coating with the best combination of substrate with high wear resistance and coating composed of MT-Ti(CN), thick AL2O3 layer and TiN makes it suitable for semifinishing of steel materials. The cutting speed can be increased by more than 25%,while the tool life can be 30% longer under the same cutting.
