TNMA160404 Turning Inserts Carbide Tool Inserts General Purpose For Finishing Cast Iron

Performance for cast iron turning: CVD coated grade,which is characterized by super fine grain and smooth surface,is the combination of hard substrate and coating (extra thick AL203+thick TiCN).The grade is optimized for best wear resistance when machining gray cast iron at high speed under dry under dry condition.

Features: It is characterized by high efficiency, high wear resistance. To be compared with the carbide brazed tips, CNC carbide turning inserts processing efficiency increased more than four times. With the continuous progress of our coating technology, the wear resistance and high temperature resistance has been improved the working efficiency and reduced processing costs.



Good quality steps: Made by Micron grain size tungsten carbide. High accuracy which offers by the automatic pressing machine and cutting edge honed machine, HIP sintering offers high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance. Suface cleaned by Automatic ultrasonic cleaning machine.
