Tungsten Carbide Indexable Lathing Inserts SNMG1204** PT30

The materail of Indexable milling Inserts is Tungsten Carbide. The effect of the chip breaker is very good. they have a good anti-breakage and a low too wear too.Choose inserts for continuous cutting conditions when machining pieces that allow for constant contact between the insert and the workpiece, such as round rods. Inserts for semi-interrupted cutting conditions are the most commonly used, often to machine imperfectly round workpieces, such as shafts with a keyway.

  • Advantages:

    1: imported raw powder materials,

    2: have a peculiar gradient cobalt-rich on surface of the substrates which can ensure the inserts’ high performance when finishing the CVD coating.

    3: The thickness of coating materials are about 14μm, which have high abrasion resistance. After special management on the surface of the coating inserts, the internal stress and surface of coating were reduced while cutting resistance was also cut down.

    4: Our PT30 series grade can cutting steel and alloy steel from finish machining, to semi-finish and rough machining.
