RPMT08T2MO Tungsten Carbide Profile milling Tool for Semi-finishing of steel
Carbide Profile milling tools are made of carbides of high-hardness refractory metals (such as tungsten carbide WC) as the main component, cobalt (Co) or nickel (Ni), molybdenum (Mo) as binders, and sintered in a vacuum furnace or a hydrogen reduction furnace through a powder metallurgy process. This material makes the carbide milling tool have the characteristics of high hardness, high strength, wear resistance, and high temperature resistance. Carbide copy milling tools use round inserts, and this design gives them many advantages. Round inserts have no sharp corners and can withstand greater tool deflection and vibration, allowing for increased speed and feed during processing, while reducing the risk of chipping.

Product Advantages
High Hardness and Wear Resistance: Tungsten carbide has a high hardness level and excellent wear resistance, making it ideal for use in cutting tools. This means that tungsten carbide cutting tools can last much longer than traditional steel tools, resulting in significant cost savings.
Excellent Toughness: Tungsten carbide is also known for its excellent toughness, which means it can withstand high stress and impact loads. This makes it ideal for use in cutting tools that need to withstand heavy usage and challenging cutting conditions.
High Thermal Conductivity: Tungsten carbide has a high thermal conductivity, which means that it can dissipate heat generated during the cutting process effectively. This property reduces the risk of damage to the cutting edge and ensures longer tool life.
