Application

Tungsten Carbide – A very tough and durable Ball and Seat, excellent for highly corrosive and abrasive well conditions. Tungsten Carbide is a heavy, magnetic material that is extremely hard and works well where weight is needed.

The seats are made from hard-wearing tungsten carbide and are available in different dimensions for standard 1" Valves in port sizes from 1/8" upto 3/8" and standard 1 1/2" in port sizes from 1/8" upto 1/2".

We also manufacture custom made seats as per your specific drawings and material specifications.

Features of Tungsten carbide ball and seat

1.For sealing of valves of oil pumps in petroleum industry's sand containing wells, viscous oil wells, sea oil wells, high pressure sulfur resistant oil wells, compatible Cemented Carbide valve seats, etc.

2.Various grades for cemented carbide balls/pellets can be supplied according to customer's drawings.

3.The surface finish, tolerance class and tolerances of dimensions have respectively reached the standards of the machine industry.
