1. Description of tungsten carbide(cemented carbide) strips:
Tungsten carbide strips with the characters of high hardness, high strength and toughness, good wear resistance, heat resistance, corrosion resistance and a series of excellent performance, especially high hardness and wear resistance of it, even at a temperature of 500 degrees also remained same, at 1000 degrees still keeps the high hardness.

Tungsten carbide nowadays is widely used in many areas such as : cutting tools , mould , oil and automobile industry etc .
Tungsten carbide strips are used as the cutter for the TCT woodworking knives for cutting all kinds of original wood , hard wood , HDF, MDF , plywood , particle board , laminated board, composite material ,grass, aluminum and metals . It can give much more excellent performance than HSS. They also can be used for as wear parts with its high hardness and long life time.

HIP: Hot isostatic pressing can effectively eliminate the internal porosity of the alloy and significantly improve the bending strength of the products. and our testing effect show that our strips after hot isostatic pressing, the using life can be longer and there was a marked decrease in breaking.
