Woodcutting Tungsten (Cemented) Carbide Strips with length 330mm 320mm, 310mm, mirror polishing
Descriptions:
Tungsten carbide strip is mainly composed of tungsten carbide and cobalt powder mixed by metallurgical methods, including powder making, ball grinding, pressing and sintering. The main alloy components are WC and Co. The contents of WC and Co in tungsten carbide strip with different uses are not consistent, and the application range is wide. Cemented carbide strip is characterized by high red hardness, good weldability, high hardness and high wear resistance. It is mainly used in the manufacturing of solid wood, density board, grey cast iron, non-ferrous materials, cold hard cast iron, hardened steel, PCB and brake materials.
Tungsten(Cemented) carbide strip is available for different grinding geometric parameters and suitable for both cutting materials and nonmetal materials, also it can be applied to conventional, carbide inserts, semi-automatic lathe, automatic lathe and planning machine to work grooves and operate cutting etc, as a widely know cutting tools.

At XINPIN workshop, all strips must be hot isostatic pressed up to 24hours to increase the transverse rupture strength by 30%,finally can give the strips a longer and high quality service life.
HIP: Hot isostatic pressing can effectively eliminate the internal porosity of the alloy and significantly improve the bending strength of the products. and our testing effect show that our strips after hot isostatic pressing, the using life can be longer and there was a marked decrease in breaking.
The unique grinding and coating process allow us to create a long-lasting cutting edge which practically rules out wear on the rake face.
Drawing of our standard strips for your reference, and we can also do the customized unique special mould according to cutsomer's demands.
We at XINPIN assure that your orders will receive individual attention, whether it is big or small, we welcome your testing.
