With high strength, toughness, wear and corrosion resistance and excellent heat-conducting property, hard alloy sealing rings provided by KLT CARBIDE are mainly applied in some places with terrible environment. KLT CARBIDE designs different marks according to different environment; the products can be divided into inlaid hard alloy stationary ring and solid carbide stationary ring according to the structure, such as different types with/without anti-rotating pins. Refer to product catalog for details. The ordinary marks of hard alloy sealing rings produced by the company as follows:
Mechanical seal ring are used to seal the clearance between the rotating shaft and the stationary housing in equipment such as pumps and mixers, so that liquid cannot leak out through this clearance.
We have rich experience in producing mechanical seal rings and metal parts with tight tolerances. The biggest outer diameter of the ring we can make it into 430mm.
Tungsten Carbide Rings are usually made with Cobalt (Co) as binder material. Nickel(Ni) Bonded Rings are also supplied.
We provide our clients with high quality Tungsten Carbide roll rings and composite rolls for rolling wire rods and merchant bars.
The superior wear resistance characteristics of TC roll rings provide you the highest pass performance in addition to the excellent surface finish.
Tungsten carbide roll rings are the standard application in high speed wire rod finishing block and is getting more popular in some other hot and cold forming applications.
