Tungsten carbide rollers can be divided into solid carbide rolls and composite hard alloy rolls according to the structure. Solid carbide rolls have been widely used in pre-finishing and finishing stands for high-speed wire rod mills (including fixed reduction racks,pinch roll stands).
The composite tungsten carbide roll rings is made of tungsten carbide and other materials and can be divided into hard alloy composite roll ring and solid carbide composite roll. The tugnsten carbide composite roll ring is mounted on the roller shaft, for the solid carbide composite roll, tungsten carbide roll ring is directly cast into the roll shaft to form an entirety, which is applied to the rolling mill with the large rolling load.

Packing and shipping of carbide roller ring
Safe packing without damage:
Step 1: We use white paper and plastic film to convolve the cemented carbide roller ring
Step 2: Use thick PE foam to wrap it with packing tape
Step 3: Put it in to small box, then go into big case with PE foam.
Step 4: We will choose different safe packing way to pack the cemented carbide roller ring depends on dimension.
Our normal case size is 50x40x30cm, 40x30x20cm, 30x30x20cm

Application of carbide roller ring
cemented carbide roller ring is widely applied in the production of bar, high wire and deformed steel bar.
It is usually used at the front stand of finishing mill, the last stand of finishing mill and the pre-finishing mill.
