DESCRIPTION:
The carbide buttons sintered by coarse-grained cemented carbide, with the properties of high hardness and good transverse-rupture strength, corrosion resistance, and resistance to acid and alkali, long service life. These Button tips have many types:
the cutting tips used by cold pavement milling-planing machine;
the cutting tips used by rotary digging machinery;
the cutting tips used by coal digging machine;
the cutting tips used by roadway and tunnel boring machine;
the cutting tips used by trench excavator, etc.
They are widely used for crushing or milling rocks.
APPLICATION:
There are high performance for percussion drilling, rotary prospecting bits to cut soft and medium-hard formations, and medium-hard drilling bits, also used for hardwood, non-ferrous metal, granite, and marble.

PRODUCTION PROCESS AND TEST:
1) The powder of Carbide Buttons will be prepared as per the customer’s requirement with our wet-grinding machine.
2) Before mass production, we take a trial pressing and sintering, and we check the appearances and the sizes of the samples with a micrometer to ensure that the requirements of the performance can be met before batch production.
3) There is a pilot inspection before every bulk production, press the raw materials to shaped blanks, and carbide tips.
4) Finished product inspection to ensure the best quality and production capacity.
