ZMLH-08-A High-Arm Rock Drilling Rig Elevating drilling rig

1,ZMLH-08-A High-Arm Rock Drilling Rig is designed for tunnel support, fan-shaped anchoring of tunnel periphery and sidewalls, advanced geological forecasting inside tunnels, groove excavation, rock coring, continuous drilling in rock and soil layers, and other construction tasks. The working mechanism is driven by full hydraulic power, with a drilling speed of 0.8-2 meters per minute. It can be equipped with interchangeable power heads for anchoring and coring, enabling advance probing holes and horizontal coring operations. The rig is powered by an engine for mobility.

2,With a horizontal reach of 9.2 meters and a vertical height of 11 meters, the rig features a compact and stable structure, low center of gravity, ensuring not only enhanced safety but also reduced labor intensity and improved work efficiency for operators.

3,Equipped with proportional valves and variable piston pumps, along with a load feedback system, the rig possesses power protection and pressure cutoff functions. It achieves compound actions, adapting to the total flow requirements of various executing components, optimizing power matching under different working conditions, and maximizing energy efficiency.

4,The power head has a stroke of 4 meters, which can be adjusted according to the depth of anchor holes and excavation holes by modifying the length of the advancing beam.
