History

Majoy Event:

2004- Established Shanghai Success Engine Compressor Co.,Ltd, started to produce oil-injected screw air compressor.

2005- SUCCESS ENGINE large capacity air compressor (400-630KW) are put into market.

2006- A comprehensive sales and after-sales service center has been established in China market.

2008- SE oil-injected screw air compressor are sold to China's leading industry producer.

2010-Full series of oil-injected screw air compressor are widely exported to more than 60 countries.

2012- The new factory came into use, SUCCESS ENGINE entered into a new stage of rapid development.

2014-Established Shanghai Success Engine Automobile Parts Co.,Ltd, started to produce air brake compressor.

2015- Full series of water-lubricated oil-free single screw air compressors have been put on the market.

2016- Provide a variety of customized air compressor to meet the needs of different customers.

2017- Started to promote GooDSeaA brand centrifugal air compressor, air blowers and vacuum pumps.

2018- Four series of air compressors have been formed and all of them have been marketed at domestic and foreign markets.

2019- Began to supply air compressors to the nuclear industry, which has very high technical and safety requirements.

Technical Service and After-sale Service

1. Technical Service

① The purpose of the seller's on-site service is to ensure the safe and normal operation of the supplied equipment. For the provided centrifugal compressor equipment and control accessories (including remote monitoring system), the seller shall send qualified on-site service workers to be responsible for debugging all centrifugal compressor equipment and control system equipment until they can operate normally. During the ​warranty period, when the compressor equipment and control system provided by the seller fail due to quality, the seller is obliged to provide free on-site technical services.

② Content of Technical Service

a）Compressor Debugging

Inspect the installation/Site instruction/Inspect the compressor/Debugging/Record the operation/Site operation and maintenance training.

b）Installation & Operation Training, including:

Compressor on-site training/Installation training/Daily maintenance/Parts warranty/Network communication/Spare parts ordering.

c）On-site training, including:

Equipment principles, structural characteristics, assembly process and test items / transportation and installation considerations, lifting, loading & unloading and storage of important parts / site installation and dis-assembly process and main quality control points /operation and maintenance / common faults diagnosis and treatment methods / Storage of special tools, spare parts.

③ Other Matters

When the equipment is installed, the net height of the driving height should be more than 5 meters, and the maintenance space of more than 2.5 meters is reserved in front of the equipment cooler. The maximum lifting weight of the maintenance driving is 7 tons, and the maximum lifting weight of the installation driving is 16 tons. , The specific model depends on the site condition.
