Composition
The main parts of the containerized type screw air compressor are air compressor and cabinet. While the container is with axial flow fan, lighting, air inlet louver , primary air filter, exhaust louver and insect screen, air inlet guide cover, air guide cover (air-cooled air compressor) for hot air exhaust, safety door lock, container door lock, sound absorption and heat insulation, which can meet the requirements of running status observation, recording, and daily maintenance for air compressor.

◆ Automatic malfunction alarm: overheating, lack of oil, over pressure separator block, oil filter block, air filter element block, lack of phase and phase reverse, motor overload, sensor failure, etc.
◆ Parameter preset/modification: Control mode, automatic start/stop load/unload pressure, temperature bound, load reply time; order choose of multiple compressor, maintenance time, calendar, and time.
◆ History record check: Load/unload running time, oil filter left time; separator left time, air filter left time, total running time, history failure record.
