Overview

The container compressor is designed for some special industries, due to the constantly changing production and working locations. Features

1. The inner wall of the container is installed with thermal insulation and noise-reducing rock wool materials, the wall is decorated with porous aluminum plate, and the top is installed with LED lighting. The overall interior is luxurious, clean, bright and heat-insulating and noise-reducing.

2. All ventilation and cooling system inlets and outlets are designed with self-closing shutters and filter to ensure the cooling and ventilation effects of the compressor system, and meet the functions of dust, rain and insect prevention.

3. The compressed air outlet and the sewage connections are led out of the bottom of the container, which is convenient for connecting the air supply pipeline externally after the equipment is in place and the external sewage discharge operation after shutdown.

4. A double-opening door for maintenance and a single-opening door for inspection and collecting tools are designed on the outside of the container, and safety door locks are installed to prevent irrelevant people from entering the container when the equipment is running. It is flexible, convenient and safe.

5. The power inlet and the operation control system are arranged in a small box with a safety door outside the container, which is convenient for the operation control of cable connection and equipment operation, convenient for work and guarantees the safety of operators.

When shipping, we will seal all the vents with iron sheets to prevent salt spray from corroding the equipment in the container during shipping.
