160-230 m³/min Low Noise Magnetic bearing-levitation centrifugal blower

Introduction

The impeller of the blower is made of aviation material which is light in weight, powerful in strength and high in rigidity. It is with such advantages as wear-resistance, anti-deformation and long service life. The impeller is directly connected to the motor, so the power transmission efficiency is very high. Through the blower's control panel, the parameters of fluid temperature, motor rotation speed, air pressure, air volume and consumption power can be seen. At the same time, the machine has digital remote control and monitoring function. And due to the suspension bearing, it is without contact points thus without mechanical energy loss, so the impeller is with high speed rotating and stepless frequency controlled, therefore the blower is running with high working efficiency. The machine noise is low, the vibration is small, and it doesn’t require much in the installation foundation. The machine is equipped with imported filter, cooling system, full-automatic anti surge system and has power failure protection function.

Product feature

  • Due to the design features of the maglev blower, the installation base can be minimized. A small blower room is enough which reduces the construction cost of the blower room area.Since magnetic bearing runs without vibration, no additional foundation is required.
  • The maglev blower runs with no mechanical contact between bearing and shaft,thus it doesn’t wear components . It can maintain good performance in the whole life of the blower and does not reduce efficiency with the passage of time. Coupling and gearbox are not required. The loss of the regulating system is the least with the variable Frequency converter.
  • Almost zero maintenance cost. The active magnetic bearing has no mechanical wear during its operation. The built-in frequency converter replaces the gearbox and guide vane system. Oil free operation reduces pollution and simplifies maintenance.
