Description
Air suspension centrifugal blower adopts high-speed direct motor, air suspension bearing and three-dimensional simulation turbine impeller, so the efficiency is very high. Compared with roots blower, it can save about 25% - 35% energy, it also has the characteristics of low noise and no vibration. According to the test, the noise is less than 78dB at the place 1m away from the air suspension centrifugal blower. Due to the adoption of high-speed direct motor and air suspension bearing technology, there is no complex speed gear and oil lubricated bearing, effectively avoiding mechanical contact and friction, so as to achieve the purpose of low noise and no vibration.
When installing the air suspension centrifugal blower, there is no need to fix it on the floor. The machine itself is equipped with a level regulator, which means customer only needs to adjust the equipment level.
The air suspension centrifugal blower does not need lubricating oil system and cooling system. Because of the air suspension bearing, it does not need complex speed gear and oil bearing, which meets the technical requirements of no lubrication, but also saves the auxiliary system such as circulating oil pump, improves the reliability of the equipment and reduces the maintenance of the equipment. The structure, design and materials of the machine ensure that the equipment is maintenance free. Only cleaning and replacing the air inlet filter is necessary.
Before 1980s, roots blowers were very popular in waster water treatment plants, due to its cheapness and durability. But roots blower has low efficiency and high noise. It is suitable for variable water level treatment process and more reasonable in SBR tank.
