86-136 m³/min Air Bearing-levitation Centrifugal Blower - the Great Substitute for Ball Bearing Blower
Background
So far, many leachate treatment plants still use roots blowers,which have the disadvantages of high energy consumption and high maintenance cost. With the air suspension blower technology becoming more and more mature, and the air suspension blower has the advantages of lower energy consumption,lower maintenance cost. Therefore,it is quite urgent to replace the existing roots blower with the air suspension blower for energy saving.
Technical comparison of air suspension blower and roots blower
Energy saving and consumption reduction. Compared with roots blower, the energy saving effect of air suspension blower is about 25%. According to the data in Figure 1, under the same values of inlet flow, inlet pressure, exhaust pressure and pressure difference between inlet and outlet , the power required by the original roots blower is 200 kW, while the power required by the air suspension blower is 147 kW, power saving 53 kW, saving rate is 26.5%.

Noise reduction. Due to the air suspension technology, the noise of the traditional roots blower is 100 dB, while the noise of the air suspension blower is 85 dB, which greatly reduces the noise pollution of the plant.
High level automation, convenient for remote control. It is easy to realize remote or automatic control operation for the suspension blower , with operation monitoring system, it has higher reliability and easy-maintenance character. Meanwhile the operation monitoring system of Roots blower is not well-designed, and the possibility of unexpected failure is large which reduces the production efficiency.
